Return Policy

We accept returns only for defective products. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, you may return it or request an exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product, providing a description and photographic evidence of the defect or damage.

Once the item is inspected and confirmed to be defective or damaged, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund as per your preference.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, except for the defect or damage.

Please note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons other than defects or damages.
